Upper Arm Holder.

Redesigned carbon rear upper arm holder improves durability in hard crashes. The carbon plate utilizes a new wave design, instead of the previous fixed cross member, which allows more flex in the rear suspension to improve rotation and off-power steering.

The carbon upper arm holder contributes to maximum weight savings. The holder is one of many rear suspension components that are strategically lightened to shift the weight balance forward.

The most frequently used alu caster bushings are included in the kit for the maximum performance right out of the box.

The upper arm holder uses caster inserts for quick and easy set-up changes. The screws installed from the bottom of the caster inserts capture the inserts in the upper arm holder to prevent them from coming loose while servicing the car. The screws also serve as the upper arms pivot ball mounts, reducing the number of components in the assembly and reducing weight.

The upper arm holder is made from premium carbon material. The caster inserts are made from a premium 7075 T6 aluminum material.

XLP2 Shock Absorbers.

All the XLP2 shock parts are specifically designed for the smallest possible size to reduce the weight and keep the lowest possible CG.

Shock bodies are CNC-machined from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum and hardened to ensure the maximum lifespan. The aluminum upper and lower nuts have a low-profile design, including sealing O-ring and upper composite ball joint. The shock shaft, shock adjustable nut, spring retainer and pivot balls are designed to achieve the lowest shock height possible.

The included shock pistons sets are 4-hole pistons with 1.1 and 1.2mm diameter holes. The pistons are molded using a special process and composites to ensure extreme roundness while maintaining maximum stiffness and durability.

Shock Holders.

Made possible by the shorter XLP2 shocks, new shock holders relocate the upper shock mount position 4mm than previously possible. The new geometry improves cornering speed, mid-corner steering and stability, and reduces traction rolling in high traction conditions.

The versatile shock holders use shims for adjusting the shock position in precise shock angle increments. The rear shock holder offers an Active or Fixed dampening setting in addition to the shock angle. All shocks are located 3mm lower, improving CG, cornering speed and stability, while also making the car easier to drive and more resistant to traction rolling.

Simplified shock mounting uses a captured mounting stud secured to the shock holder with a special setscrew. It is not necessary to use thread lock as the setscrew will keep the stud secure even during shock install/removal.

Upper Link Arms.

All-new link style upper suspension arms are included in the kit as an alternative to the traditional upper arms for maximum adjustability & improved handling in certain conditions

Solid composite upper arms are included as well. These have increased flex that generates more traction and are beneficial for FWD in most conditions. The added flexibility also improves durability in serious crashes.

Both upper arms conform around the shock position for proper clearance without compromising strength and improve forward traction along with lateral grip and steering. The upper arm design also features exceptional durability and eliminates radial play for maximum precision and control from the upper arms.

Servo Mount.

Redesigned servo mount to accommodate the new carbon battery holder.

The one-piece design of the servo mount eliminates servo movement in serious crashes. The servo mount features an ultra-low design to save weight, and to lower CG as much as possible.

Battery Holder.

Redesigned carbon battery holders improve the car’s appearance.
The battery mounting system is integrated with the servo mount, allowing the battery to move as far forward as possible to improve traction.

The tweak-free, fully adjustable Quick Battery Mounting System offers simple and secure battery installation without tape and without adverse effects on chassis flex.
The system controls the positioning of the pack in the chassis while at the same time reducing the battery pack’s impact on chassis flex, resulting in more consistent handling and stability.

Smart battery holders are specifically designed for LiPo batteries and are reinforced for harder impacts. The battery holders prevent the batteries from moving under racing conditions and crashes.
The battery holder is integrated into the servo mount. In the rear the battery holder is mounted to the chassis and is adjustable in all directions.

Steering Arm.

All-new adjustable steering arm provides easy Ackermann tuning by changing the eccentric bushings.
Small, easy to use, eccentric bushings are used to set the steering geometry and allows for several different Ackermann settings. The bushings are quickly installed and removed from the steering assembly for quick trackside set-up adjustments.

The bushings are machined from 7075 T6 aluminum material for the best possible precision & fitment.
The steering arm features a simple design of few components, for maximum weight savings.

Top Deck.

Redesigned rear top deck with a more open rear section improves rotation and off-power steering.

The included top decks match the forward FWD layshaft position. The rear top deck uses only one pair of mounting screws for increased flex, resulting in improved rotation.

The front top deck features no cut-out to reduce front flex and thus, improve steering precision.

The 2pc top deck features reinforced motor mount screw areas for high durability, improved steering and traction.
The Multi-Flex™ top deck has a narrow shape for easier installation, improved handling characteristics and features several different flex options out of the box using top deck screws.

The machined ultra-precise top deck screws ensure the top deck is mounted completely tweak-free to improve the flex characteristics.

Made from 2.0mm carbon material, the shape of the top deck has been specifically designed to achieve maximum traction and great steering characteristics at the same time. Optional one-piece top deck features 8 different flex options.

Rear Body Mounting System.

All-new wave design carbon body post holder allows more flex of the rear suspension to improve rotation and off-power steering.

The extra thick 4mm carbon rear body post holder retains durability and consistency from the reduced body post movement while allowing the additional suspension flex to improve handling.

The body post holder features 6 holes with 1.4mm spacing for the rear body posts plus a second bulkhead mounting position

Motor Mount.

The new motor mount has been repositioned 5mm further forward for more traction. The clamping screw is moved closer to the motor to create space for the new steering arm.
The motor mount and its slick low-profile design eliminates top deck collisions during chassis flex. The motor mount features 3mm centering pins for exceptional crash durability when using only one mounting screw.

The X4F motor and layshaft mounts are integrated into a one-piece design that is placed on the absolute center line of the chassis. The motor mount has a pressed-in steel layshaft axle with the motor located to the front of the layshaft. The motor mount is designed to maintain a super low CG but is still robust enough to resist bending in serious crashes. The robust design reinforces the chassis and improves the stability of the X4F.

The top of the motor mount features special milled holes to match the machined ultra-precise top deck screws made in-house. These purpose-made screws ensure the top deck is mounted completely tweak-free to improve the flex characteristics.

An aluminum eccentric bulkhead insert is accessible through a cutout in the mount and is adjusted from the top for easier gear mesh adjustment.

Machined from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum and black anodized.

Weight Savings.

The X4F’26 is very light. In addition to the overall weight savings, the rear suspension has been strategically lightened to shift the weight bias even more to the front tires. Additionally, all the electronics are moved as far forward as possible, for additional weight bias improvements to maximize traction.

Thanks to the lightened design, racers have greater weight distribution options for easier adaptation to different track conditions.

Bumper Weight.

The included 100g weight can be placed in the bumper for improved traction in lower traction conditions. For high traction conditions, optional 50g weights can be placed under the front drive train.

The bumper is made from a harder and heavier material, improving durability and weight balance. The bumper is shaped with space for the front chassis weight.

With the BPA (Body Position Adjustment) system, the entire bumper area was redesigned with upper & lower composite bumpers. The foam bumper design works with the adjustable eccentric body posts as well as the standard fixed body posts.

Bulkheads.

The all-new rear bulkheads contribute additional weight savings.

The bulkheads feature a higher ARS link mounting position allowing greater adjustment possibilities, the horizontal orientation allows moving the ARS link frontwards or backwards to alter rotation characteristics.

The bulkheads use centering pins for easier positioning on the chassis and for increased rigidity and consistency.

The anti-roll bar mounting position keeps the wire bar placed under the drive shafts for a super low CG.

Made from premium Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, black anodized.

Suspension Arms.

The completely redesigned upper & lower CFF™ suspension arms are the foundation for the new inner shock mounting system ultra-low under arm anti-roll bar mounts and fully updated geometry. The new suspension arms greatly improve flex and twist under dampening. With the shock mounted on the inside of the arm, the load is more evenly distributed through the suspension arm, increasing the mechanical traction and responsiveness of the car.

1.0mm shims for mounting under the front lower arms are now included to lower the front roll center and improve steering.

The CFF™ style of arms provide extremely responsive and sharp handling, generating great cornering speed & traction. The result is great drivability that is critical for improved lap times.

Inner Shock Mounting.

All-new inner shock mounting locations improve the rolling characteristics & cornering consistency, as well as optimize flex and reducing twist under dampening. Front suspension moves the shock position behind the drive shafts for more precise steering response and improved steering characteristics. Rear suspension moves the shock position in front of the rear axles for improved traction.
