The latest release in the FTX trail Outback series, the Gladius fuses the latest in design with an affordable price tag for all comers to enjoy.

Featuring the very latest in high clearance portal geared axles, along with a low, forward mounted high torque transmission, manned with robust steel gears, the Gladius is ready to take on some extreme terrain.

Switch speeds between obstacles, gradients and surfaces with the servo operated high and low, 2-speed function or navigate out of a rut or low traction surface by engaging the front or rear diff lock feature.

Aluminium oil filled shock absorbers look after each corner, while a 20kg metal geared steering servo and Hobbywing 40A ESC look after the control via the latest Etronix 2.4gh 4ch radio.

Moulded inner wheel well fenders, side plates with aluminium checker plate inserts add some scale realism along with the moulded grill with headlights and mix of matt and gloss finished bodyshell.

With everything pretty much ready to go inside the box, all you need is to plot your routes and look for a good weather window!
